Working with Kellie was such a powerful and inspiring experience. She is an ICF ACC Leadership Coach who helps midlife, mid-level corporate women step into a life aligned with their purpose and full potential. After a 30-year corporate career, she now guides women through transformation with clarity, confidence, and leadership that feels authentic and deeply personal.

For this project, we focused on strengthening the back end of her business so she could show up fully in her zone of genius. I supported her with essential business systems, transitioning her from a tangled Microsoft setup into a clean, streamlined Google Workspace. We also built out smooth scheduling workflows with Calendly and integrated Stripe for seamless payments—creating a system that finally supported the level of service she offers.

What I loved most about working with her was how committed she is to her mission. Every step of the project felt intentional. She brings so much heart, wisdom, and professionalism to the women she coaches, and helping her simplify her operations so she can pour even more energy into that impact was incredibly rewarding. Supporting her in building an online structure that matches her leadership was exactly the kind of project that lights me up.
